The Villa

The villa, built by the owners in the early 70's, has been completely renovated in 2007.Completely fenced, the house is surrounded by a 3000 square metres garden with olive trees, fruit trees, oleanders, lavender ,rosemary, sage and many kinds of roses. The villa consists in three elegantly decorated double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large sitting room and dining room, , a fully equipped brand new kitchen and an amazing balcony overlooking the valley, from which it is possible to dine, relax and enjoy the sound of nature. The nearness to Rome and to the historical centres of Todi, Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia and the neighbouring Tuscany, allows not only to enjoy the countryside, but also to visit important cultural sites, visited by millions of tourists from all over the world.
